A planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme from MEIKO offers the best after sales support within the Australian market. To keep your MEIKO machine performing to the optimum efficiency, a MEIKO technician will call at your premises by prior appointment and at a time that suits your particular needs. Our technicians will carry out a comprehensive check of the machine and will replace any wearable parts that will minimise any breakdowns, ensuring peace of mind, during your busy periods.

BRONZE | 2 visits per year | Basic PPM carried out at 6-monthly service intervals. |
SILVER | 3 visits per year | Basic PPM carried out at 4-monthly intervals. |
GOLD | 4 visits per year | Basic PPM carried out at quarterly service intervals. |

Break Down Support
MEIKO’s team of customer service operators are trained to deal with the most demanding service requests and problems – Morning, Noon, Night and of course weekends.
Our service department is open for you from 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday. However before, or after these hours, you will have access to speak to our highly trained service technicians who will advise if you require a service call.
Spare Parts
MEIKO technicians, and our service partners carry a comprehensive stock of spare parts and components and we operate spare parts warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth.
Our parts specialists quickly identify and dispatch requests for components on a same day bases, we can also arrange same day urgent courier dispatch if required.
All spare parts are dispatched the same day if ordered by 3pm.
All MEIKO components are offered with a guaranteed availability for 25 years from the date of the appliance manufacturer.
